We at CTI Solar pride ourselves in value added service; this means that we take responsibility for the entire process once the order is placed. Dealing with a manufacturer who may not speak your language is very difficult and will ultimately lead to delays, confusion and frustration. We view this as OUR responsibility, relieving you, the Client of this burden.

our staff are European and bilingual and know the requirements European customers demand.
- Good Product: Please be assured, our production capabilities are second to none, to back this up we invite all our potential clients to visit our factory and have a guided tour of our facility. We also have a Solar park in Spain which we also invite customers to visit which is over performing by 10%.
- Inspection: We keep the Client informed on the inspection process and produce regular reports are produced. Our in house team takes pride in inspecting the goods before packing to make sure we deliver to the higest standards.
- Shipping: Traditionally the most difficult part, if documents are not in order, significant delays occur. We have 20 years experience in this and documents are always in order, ensuring the Client receives the goods on time.
- Certificates: We have full and up-to-date certification for all our products.
